Collect contacts, sign-ups, and surveys with forms

Create a public form for sign-ups, registrations, or surveys. Everyone who fills it out becomes a contact, and you can export them all as CSV.

Forms

Make a public form (like Google Forms) for sign-ups, registrations, or surveys. Everyone who fills it out is added to your contacts automatically.

  1. Create form

Add fields (name / email / phone / dropdown…), then click “Copy public link.”

  2. Collect responses

Put the link in your Instagram bio, stories, or DMs. Every submission shows up in the Responses tab.

  3. Add to contacts + export

Anyone who leaves an email or phone number becomes a contact automatically, and you can export them all as CSV.

What it does

Take orders without Google Forms. Responses go straight into your contacts and connect to your automations.

Tip

  • Once a form is closed, its public link shows “Closed” and stops taking responses.
  • Email fields are checked for the right format, and required fields must be filled in.
