One rule for Instagram and LINE auto-replies
One keyword rule can run on Instagram, LINE, and Messenger at the same time — no need to set it up for each. You can still give each channel a different reply when you need to.
Which accounts it applies to
Check which accounts this rule runs on. Check several and the same rule runs on all of them — Instagram and LINE together, no need to set each up separately.
Check accounts, grouped by platform
The list is grouped by Instagram / LINE / Messenger. The rule runs on whichever accounts you check.
Select all
To apply it to every current account, click “Select all” in the top right.
Edit once, changes everywhere
A rule with two accounts checked is still one rule. Edit it later, and the reply changes on both accounts at once.
What it does
The same auto-reply can cover several accounts across platforms at once, or just one account for a dedicated reply.
Tip
- Check at least one account. Rules without an account never trigger, so you can't save one without it.
- “Select all” is a snapshot of your current accounts — accounts you connect later won't pick up existing rules automatically, so come back and check them.
- Comment and story rules only work with Instagram accounts, so LINE won't appear in the list.
Custom replies per channel
With the same keyword rule, people on LINE can get a different reply than people on Instagram. One rule to manage, with a custom reply for each.
Open “Advanced”
In the reply editor, open “Advanced: custom replies per channel.”
Pick a channel tab
Each connected channel gets its own tab — one for Instagram, one for LINE.
Customize or keep
On each tab, choose “Use main reply” (the default) or click “Custom” to write text, buttons, or cards just for that channel.
Save to go live
Once you save the rule, people on Instagram and LINE each get their own reply.
What it does
Customers behave differently on Instagram and LINE. Giving each a different reply to the same keyword makes it easier to lead them to the next step you want.
Tip
- Usually you write the main reply for everyone, then add a LINE-only deal on the LINE tab, or a “heart my story” prompt on the Instagram tab.
- Channels without a custom reply use the main reply automatically, so they always get your latest version.
- Only want to change one channel's reply? Edit that tab — the others aren't affected.
