Bookings

Let customers pick a service and leave their preferred time and contact info in DMs, then confirm or decline from your dashboard. Great for consultations, custom services, in-person experiences, and small classes.

  1. Set up services and questions first

Choose the account that takes bookings, and set the trigger keyword, services, and the text that asks for a time and contact info.

  2. Confirm pending bookings

Submitted bookings start as pending. When you confirm, we'll try to notify the customer, and you can still adjust the actual time yourself.

  3. Check that notifications were delivered

If the account isn't connected or the messaging window has passed, the booking is still confirmed and you'll be reminded to contact the customer yourself.

What it does

All the back-and-forth about services, times, and contact info lands in your inbox, and you can confirm or decline quickly from your phone.

Tip

  • For now, customers enter a preferred time — they can't pick an open slot in real time in DMs.
  • For services that need a personal check, don't let the system confirm them automatically.
