Connect your LINE Official Account to Hailory
The Hailory dashboard has a built-in illustrated setup wizard that walks you through connecting your LINE Official Account step by step. You're connecting your own account, and the data is entirely yours.
Connect in four steps
- Step 1
Log in to Hailory and go to Accounts
Log in to Hailory with Google, LINE, or Facebook, then go to the Accounts page and choose to connect a LINE Official Account.
- Step 2
Follow the setup wizard on screen
The built-in illustrated setup wizard walks you through connecting step by step, with pictures showing where to copy and paste and which switches to turn on.
- Step 3
Paste your LINE Official Account's Messaging API keys
LINE doesn't currently offer one-click authorization like Instagram, so you'll get Messaging API keys from your own LINE Official Account and paste them into the dashboard as the wizard shows you.
- Step 4
Done — start auto-replying
Once connected, set up keyword rules and Hailory will auto-reply to LINE messages based on them. One rule can also run on Instagram at the same time.
What happens after connecting?
Hailory automatically replies to messages customers send your LINE Official Account, based on the rules you set in the dashboard. Auto-replies use LINE's Reply API, so they don't use your message quota, and you can change or turn off any rule at any time.
