How long can I use the Free plan?

Free forever, no credit card required. You keep 1 channel, 5 keyword auto-replies, comment / story to DM, and link in bio. You can send up to 500 messages a month; after that, automatic sending pauses until it resets next month. Paid plans have no message limit.

Will I be charged for an add-on's 14-day free trial?

No. You can try an individual advanced add-on for 14 days and won't be charged if you cancel during the trial. Paid plans are charged as soon as you complete payment.

How are paid plans billed?

Paid plans are charged when you complete payment, then automatically every month. Annual plans aren't available right now.

Can I add just one feature?

Yes. From Starter up, you can add individual features — for example, giveaways or coupons for NT$99/mo. Add-ons aren't available on Free.

Is my data kept after I cancel?

After you cancel, your data is kept for 30 days and can be restored during that time. You can use the service until the end of the current period, as set out in the Terms of Service.
