Who is Hailory for?
Hailory is built for small brands in Taiwan. No complicated enterprise features — it focuses on catching everyday Instagram comments, DMs, and LINE OA campaigns and turning them into contacts. One rule runs on Instagram and LINE together.
Can I connect LINE OA with OAuth?
LINE doesn't currently offer one-click authorization (OAuth) like Instagram does. You'll need to create a Messaging API token in the LINE Developers Console — but don't worry, our illustrated setup wizard and guide walk you through it.
Do Instagram permissions need App Review?
Commercial use requires passing Meta's App Review. If you're self-hosting, you can add your own Instagram account as a Tester during development and testing, then submit for review when you're ready to go public.
Does the Reply API use my LINE message quota?
Auto-replies (including keyword replies and automatic interactions) use the Reply API, which doesn't count toward your LINE message quota. Sending messages proactively with Push or Broadcast does use your quota.
Who is the Free plan for?
The Free plan is for sellers just getting started who want to make sure no customer slips through. Set up basic auto-replies and see how much time automation saves, then upgrade when you need more advanced campaign and re-engagement features.
